Artisan Complete School Solutions is a bespoke service offering a complete and dedicated solution for the whole of the schools marketing material.
Artisan has worked closely with many local schools and colleges from St Hughs Primary School, and Cokethorpe School, to Oxford Colleges such as Oriel, Keble and Pembroke but to mention a few.
We offer a complete in house service from open day banners, term calendars, prospectuses, tour brochures, year books, direct mailing and much more.
Everything is produced in house to enable complete control of deadlines, cost and delivery as we are well aware of the end of term deadline dates for many items.
Artisan Complete School Solutions: School educational visit
Artisan will offer a full guided tour for the production of either an A4 8 page brochure or an A5 16 page brochure, printed in full colour on 150gsm silk throughout. The quantity can be agreed and the amount of pupils would ideally be around 10 (a brief schedule is enclosed).
The brochure will be produced as a project by the school, with the files to be supplied to us as complete print ready document. From these, Artisan will show how the whole job will be produced, from sorting files for the presses, to the finished booklet, showing each process actually happening on the various types of machine.
In return Artisan would like the opportunity for the following
- Audit on all print and marketing material used.
- All current costs and quantities of items used to be supplied by the school,
This will to enable Artisan to offer relevant advice on how to reduce your current marketing budget (substantially in some cases) and save the school money.
Artisan Complete School Solutions: Carbon Footprint Program
Another great idea that Artisan are trying to bring to schools is awareness about Carbon Footprint
The scheme is called ‘Carbon Capture’ run by the Woodland Trust UK. -
Carbon Capture is a way for Schools to capture CO2 emissions and reinvest into the ailing UK forestry, receive a certificate and monitor progress for all the school to see.
An exhibition board will be supplied to schools that work with Artisan, this can be displayed in receptions to show the usage and how the school is working to help the environment.
This is a fantastic way of showing how schools care and helps educate pupils on our impact that we have on the environment around us.
I hope there is something of interest that we can offer to you and if you would like any more information please get in touch to arrange a meeting, or visit us at Artisan where you will be more than welcome.
